Hi,
I recently posted another thread as my beardie had a strange poop and my beardie was prescribed Baytril (for some clear mucus at the back of his mouth) and had some tartar on his teeth so had an anti-inflammatory called Meloxicam. The dosage was as directed.
He finished the two-week course of medication 1 week ago, and hasn't really changed much. The reason I brought him into the vet was not eating and odd poops. He did some poops when on the antibiotics and they looked better but 1 week after still hasn't eaten much, I hand-feed some pumpkin and he had couple of mealworms, but wouldn't eat any woodies/crickets I tried to feed. I was also worried about dehydration as he not eating his salad still, so I give him baths.
Temps are good (in C, I am in Australia) -
Cold side: 27ish
Hot side 32-34 ish
Basking: 39-42
Humidity ranges between 30-40%
UVB: Reptile one 12%
He won't move, stays in the same spot and I worry so sometimes push him out to the light and he goes and basks.
This is his tank when I made it, he hides in the bottom left under the stairs. On the right side there is actually a log that sits under the basking and gets at 39-42 ish basking temp. (not in pic)
Looking for some help! Should I just leave him and see what he does? Its summer here so not brumation.
