I bought a very cute soft hammack that is not rope but yarn and is double layered meaning he go go inside of the hammock and above. Is this a good idea? Do any of you guys have hammoks.
Just watch to see if his claws get snagged. If so I probably wouldn't use it, if not your good to goThis is the one I bought just different colors
I wasn't saying it's for sure a hazard, just to watch and make sure they don't get snagged.ok now you confusing me because i heard that bearded dragons can get their legs stuck in a rope hammock and twist their leg so I was like alright I will buy one that's` soft and dont got holes but not I do not know what to do because your telling me now this is a safety hazard
My guys do that sometimes also. Sometimes they are to warm and want to be cooler, sometimes they just like snuggling under my chin. If they are to warm they usually move over on my shoulder, if they want to be cuddled they move to under my chin.alright guys safe to say my bearded dragon does not like the heat pad. He every so slightly wiggle closer and closer to me and off the pad during nap time
A warm pie? explain pleaseI wouldn't take a dragon out of the terrarium if he's warming up before going to sleep. And I wouldn't do it too often when he's still little. But if he's not and he doesn't mind being held before going to sleep, you can try what I do. When Foxy falls asleep on my chest under the blanket, he's definitely not cold, I move him an hour after he falls asleep and he warms up really well from the human body, eventually I put a warm pie in the terrarium lol.
Yeah, I guess I didn't express myself clearly.A warm pie? explain please
Ohh! got it!Yeah, I guess I didn't express myself clearly.
I meant that Foxy is warming up on my chest, under the blanket. And I called him a warm pie lol.
