silkworms or phoenix worms?

:help: i want to stop using crickets 4 my beardy...i decided i want to do roaches cuz they are better than crickets and can breed them but i would also like something else too. So which is better for my beardy silkworms or phoenix woms? :dontknow: or is it just personal prefernce...any input would be greatly appriciated!!! Thank you in advance!

Silk worms are the better to use for an everyday staple.

i plan to alternate between worms and roaches...but it seem like silkworms are closer in texture to waxworms and my beardy doesnt like waxworms but i dunno if it will make a difference.
