Should I transition a senior beardie to live bugs ?

Harry is definitely around the age of a senior beardie and her entire life has grown accustomed to eating dried bugs. I know this isn’t the healthiest option and I was told that she ignores bugs and won’t eat them if they’re moving. She lets them sit on her head.

I want to start feeding her dubia roaches and some crickets, is there anyway I can ease her into this or should she continue eating how she does ?

I would try them in an escape proff dish, if that don't work try hand feeding, the last resort would be to let a couple loose and see if she will go after them.

Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
