GGGRRRRRRR - this day will never end. I think this week has actually been four months.
However, after work, Tiki needs lots of crickets. My will power is horrible when it comes to dragon treats. I'm getting her a multi-vitamin (once a week dustings, yes?) and want to get her a goodie too.
I'm open to suggestions
GAH - three more hours until my freedom and Tiki Shopping!
Thanks! I hope Pet Supermarket has some live ones.
I actually need something fattening. Little girl wasn't well cared for when I rescued her, and I'm not entirely sure if she's even a year. She has days where she'll hit 40+ crickets -- some in the morning, some at night for dinner
None of mine have ever had crickets (Unless the breeder fed them) I hate crickets...
Dubias (which I thought I would NEVER do) are now breeding in my house.. and I have used Superworms, hornworms, reptiworms, silkworms, butterworms, waxworms.. if it ends in worm, my beardies have tried it..
No.. when Phred was 5 months old, I gave him mainly supers... I bought the small ones though, and they are really tiny, maybe 1" long if that and skinny... he never had a problem with them..
However, waxworms, butterworms, and the rest of the worms I mentioned are all soft bodied with no hard shell.. the only one I ever used with the hard shell is the small supers..
My guys love Goliath worms. They are green and about a buck a piece. I will usually give them one each a week, they gobble them up. Bought a container of 15 once and the kids let them eat them all in 2 days. Ugh Good LUCK
LOL... I will have to get my cats some cat nip.. I don't think they have ever tried it..
Waxworms, butterworms, keep in the fridge (waxworms I put on the door in that little tray with the cover) Is that where butter normally goes? I think my beardie food outweighs my human food in my fridge.
LOL we have catnip/catmint in our garden (it reseeds and grows wild). I learned the hard way about how much my kitties like it. Found them rolling on the sharp scissors I had used to cut it one day. Mini heart attack.
