I was folding laundry yesterday when i heard scuffling noises inside of Larry‘s tank. I walk over and I saw this she really likes this single plant I put in her tank a while back. she always buries herself near it, but this is the first time I’ve seen her climb it

I knowww I’ve been thinking about that for weeks, every time I go out into town I try to look for a wide branch or something so she can climb, but I haven’t seen anything so far. Where I live the petcos are pretty limited when it comes to reptiles compared to birds or other animals. Favouritism much? lol

Other than that you can pretty much take branches from the woods. Most of my decor is scavenged from near forests
Kork also works great and is fairly cheap.

Is she looking for a sleeping sot? Looks like the lights are off

Okay! on my next day off im planning to go on a hike with a few coworkers and friends, so I’ll definitely be on the lookout for some!

Good idea, these guys love to climb at least as much as beardies and even more. I also gather my wood from outside. Just don't get pine [ or anything with sap ] or wood that looks like it's decaying.

Okey, I see. It just lookes really dark on camera but seems she's really just good buddys with that plant

Let us know if you find something usefull. As for wood, you can put it into the oven for half an hour or so before putting it in the tank. Some people do this to sanitize it (I mostly don't).

So.... A day has passed and only now I was able to find Larry in this photo. Yesterday I tried very hard, but I did not find him...
