Hello everyone. I lost my little guy a few years ago and have his ashes, prints in clay, certificate of death, and lots of pictures. I wanted to make a memorial or something of a shadow box that I can hang on the wall rather than having it on a mantle. Does anybody know anybody who does this? I'm an alright woodworker but just don't have the time right now so I was kind of curious.
I wish I could be of more help, but at the moment I don't know of any place. I think that
there is a place like that online but can't remember for sure. I am bumping your thread so
maybe someone with experience will see it also.
I'll do some checking around though for you.
I don't know of anyone who makes shadowbox memorials, but you can get a decent priced shadowbox at most craft stores. Some have soft padded backing for attaching thin items with stick pins, others have solid backs for you to glue the items down onto. Around here, Michaels Crafts has sales every month or so where you could get the shadowbox half off. Good luck... it's a lovely idea to memorialize your dragon friend!
