Scale rot? Or just new darker coloring?

The little female dragon that I had all those troubles with getting to eat is now growing like crazy and also shedding often.

After her most recent shed I noticed she has some darker stripes she didn’t have before, and when I took a picture of them I noticed they kind of look off?

She is half “Red Monster” and dad was very dark red and black. So I’m not sure if this is just those genes making a appearance as she grows. Or if it’s something else.

(The yellow on husbands hand is liquid reptile vitamins since she won’t eat anything that is dusted)
