Hey y’all, I’ve recently noticed the end of Archie’s tail has changed color and I’ve been really stressed about it. I’m trying to avoid a vet visit right now and am looking for guidance.
The scales toward the end of her tail have gotten darker and it almost looks like they are turning black on the underside of them. There are a couple with black spots on the top too. Her coloring hasn’t really changed anywhere else either which is why I’m a little concerned.
She is my first beardie and is around 2 years old. It doesn’t necessarily look like tail rot comparing it to pictures I’ve seen but I’m not really sure what else or how serious it might be. Any help or info would be very much appreciated.
