A blue bar dragon isn't really a morph, as it's not a genetic mutation. It's more of a trait. And these are often times Tigers (Which also isn't a morph) which had been selectively bred to remove more and more pattern from the back leaving the "blue bars" as the dominant feature. Tombo is what one would consider a tiger with very high grade blue bars.
