Okay, so just for some information, chris and I have spent the last 6ish years taking care of his parents. (He's 50 so his parents were/are in their 70s) 7 years ago, they were both diagnosed with dementia within 6 months of each other. His dad, lewey body dementia(mimicks parkinsons); his mother vascular dementia.(Blood vessels in her brain die off, mimics pretty bad alzheimers) As the years went on, his dad got worse. He had a minor inpatient procedure in the urologist office with some real mild anesthesia and it..it completely ruined him overnight. He woke up and had toxic encephalopathy (swelling of blood brain barrier, exacerbating his dementia syptoms) and essentially, he thought we were trying to hurt him, he refused to eat, to wake, anything. And since then, he basically lost all ability to feed himself, hold his cups, even walk. By the end, he was bed-bound, barely able to talk. (Sorry for the long background)

ANYWAY. When he was able to feed himself and even in the beginning able to make his own food, right when he started having trouble, his hands would shake and food would get everywhere. I mean, *everywhere*, worse than a two year old. Well, long story short, because of all the food he'd drop, leave laying around, etc, that we never got to clean up in time, (because we didn't discover how badly he dropped food around until we got rid of his first recliner) we got roaches. Those horrible little brown house roaches, God damn them. 😠 Anywhoosers, its been like three or four years and we CANNOT get rid of them and we have *trieeeedddd*. We switched to feeding him like a baby, to staying onto of trash and dishes, etc and NOTHING worked. Even now, they're basically in every room and we're so tired of it. We didnt ever see them in our bathroom but when we deep cleaned the bathroom, they like INVADED the bathroom now.? That makes ZERO sense to me. We *clean* the bathroom and then they show up in there.?¿? His dad passed a few weeks ago and his mother moved to Maryland so chris' sister can care for her now and we're...well, we're free. We can finally get an exterminator out to get rid of these bugs without his mom freaking out. (Any change in daily routine was just bad for her) but the next problem is the lizards. Chris half wants to just bomb and then clean the hell out of the house but with how these derpy reptilians like to lick everything, I think that's a disaster waiting to happen. SO. We need pest control ideas.? We've tried the combat roach things, the little black containers you place around, they're okay.? We tried the terro roach bait containers and I guess that's alright, too. There's still more and I want them goooonnnneeee.

We live in Georgia, USA (if that matters) specifically, cherokee county, (no, I'm not worried about you finding and robbing me. Hell, I'll help you look for money.😂😭) and we need pest control ideas/suggestions. Would it even be safe to have someone come and spray inside the house.? Is there a way to make it safe to where the lizards can still run around after without risk of poisoning them.? Because they all love running through the house, they love getting under the lip of the kitchen cabinets and im sure they'll spray there the most. I just want them getting sick be a little risk as possible without having to really limit their running around time. Does anyone know of an animal safe company or something that works real well we can buy/order from somewhere.? Someone helllppppp. Any suggestions are welcome, even setting the house on fire and starting over. 😂😭😂😭

I think I'm looking at your pest control right there. :ROFLMAO: Just kidding, and I really have no advice on the subject.

I'm sorry about Chris's parents, sooooo hard on everyone in that situation. Good on you guys for taking care of them.

I LOVE the 2nd photo, he is so darned cute.
My girlfriend has worked in rentals for over 30 years. Roaches are almost impossible to exterminate. The only thing I've seen work personally is we bombed an empty house and the poison was allowed to set for weeks before being cleaned up. Other houses that were bombed and cleaned quickly wasn't successful. They had to have time to track through the poison or maybe carry it to the nest.
That being said, with beardies in the house I would be terrified to go that route, that crap covers EVERY surface. I'm not sure you could ever clean well enough to ensure your guys didn't inadvertently get into it. Any spray is going to be the same.
If there is some kind of food that renders them infertile that would be the safest way. But I'm not sure if it even exists.
I feel for you on this I don't have any real good suggestions, that one house is the only one I ever saw that they were completely gone from.

Plus, when you're dealing with all that stress, sometimes it helps to take a break to clear your head. I found this casino site https://casinoofthekings.ca/ and it distracted me. You can also find reliable online payment methods there and win some money. Hopefully, I'll find something that works soon! I’d recommend an eco-friendly pest control company. Many use pet-safe sprays. Just let them know about the lizards beforehand! Hope this helps!
