I have had my beardie for almost anyway now and recently she has started running around and scratching the glass of the cage. Normally before she does she goes number 2, and let's just say she spent pay attention to where she runs when she runs around..... she has water food, and I've even tried taking her out and letting her run around a enclosed area. Please help
When you take her out, how does she react? It's OK to let her out in a safe area. She may want to explore a bit. They are very curious. They also do this sometimes if something is upsetting them in the tank. What are the temperatures in your tank? Can you post some photos? You can upload photos here https://www.beardeddragon.org/useruploads/ and post them to your thread using the XIMG button.

When I take her out she acts fine and has never bitten me. He cage stays around upper 80s low 90s.i would assume warmer in the basking light. I uploaded a picture but am unaware how to attach it to this post
You want the basking area to be around 100-105 with areas around that in the 90s and a gradient down to about 75-80 or so on the cool side. Providing a nice variety like that will help them to self regulate and get what they need at any given time.
