Rice?

A fellow breeder was chatting to me today and he feeds his dragons cooked rice. What's your opinions on this?

Many of us follow the feeding/nutrition chart on the beautifuldragons.com website. Here's a link to it:

According to that chart, rice is a "blue" food, which means Feed Rarely.

I wouldn't use it to feed to them at all. There are other healthier options out there from the site that Loganator provided.
