yeah, they've only recently stated they were on backorder.
but we called.

and its not that they didnt have anything to send me, they completly forgot about my order.

my mom goes, "have you guys even sent it?"
and the ladys like "no...." all quietly and mumbling. like she was embarrassed.

really made me mad. because i could have ordered another one from petmountain.com or something and would have had it by now.

and my girl has had no uvb, but reptileuv.com refunded my money, and i had to go and spend 80 dollars at the friggin pet store.

What did you end up getting from the petstore?

Actually, what you could have done was temporarily bask him everyday under the sun. That would've have been a good temporary solution until you can buy.

i ended up getting a powersun (the one from zoo med)
so not bad....
but expensive.

its pretty cold here in new mexico, i thought about taking her outside, but it has just been cold.

I haven't had problems with Reptile UV, and I'd recommend them over any fluorescent bulb any day. But even good companies can have bad days. Like someone else said, this was probably just an isolated incident (I hope...'cause I want to keep buying my lights from them).

I ordered a 100W MegaRay and it wasn't listed as backordered towards the end of November. I was sent shipping info from UPS but apprently they never actaully shipped my bulb. I emailed them to ask what was going on? And they said "they would ship one out immediately via Priority Mail" I have no idea what happened but I got my bulb eventually.

i would really like to have a mega ray, but im just not going to work with people who have bad customer service.
