He had that single spot stuck shed for a while I was hoping it would go away with next shed but it did not so I applied warm water for a day and then removed it but now it resulted in a small sunken shed in head area. It doesn't bother him but it does me as I'm not sure what exactly happened or will it go away eventually.

Attached pictures for reference.

Bonus derp pic I took today.

Looks like you pulled some new scales off as well or it might have been some kind of small pimple -like blemish. Either way it's never good to pull any shed off. You can apply raw unpasteurized honey to it, mixed with a few drops of lukewarm water. That should help it to heal. If you don't have unpasteurized honey see if your local health stores carry a small jar or if there's an actual beekeeper in your area that has it.

Hello,

That probably hurts a little bit, but it should heal up! As AHBD suggested, try some raw unpasteurized
honey on it to help keep bacteria out. I think it will be fine & will heal up after a few sheds.
