So she's been up and about but seems to like to stay under her heat lamps, i want to let her out to explore, but i dont know if it's too soon. When do you think is an appropriate time to let her get used to her new environment before letting her out to explore?

just had her out for about 15 minutes, she hung out on my stomach and then on my lap, then she wanted back in. :] lets hope she warms up to me a bit more tomorrow. :]

Sounds good for a start, I would often take my younger dragons out for around 15-20 minutes, 1-3 times a day. Still try to do at least the same.
It depends on the dragons personality. Ive had ones come in and not want to be bothered for atleast a day or two....and still wary and jumpy. Others take right to their new home and owners not a problem latch on to your hand or run up to your shoulder or hear and your stuck with them .
I just got a new bearded dragon baby, I've been handling it for a little bit every morning just so it can become familiar with me... i've heard some people say not to handle the babies... but I believe that holding them for a little bit once a day is a good way to get them used to you early on. maybe I'm wrong, but it seemed to work for me in the past with other reptiles I have owned.
