Redness on the roof of mouth

Hello everyone ! A while ago I noticed this redness on the roof of my Melvin’s mouth- took him straight to the vet as I’m new to beardies and was worried he was unwell, even though he was eating drinking and behaving normally. The vet also noticed that he had a mild swelling on his right eye and side of head, which she did an ultrasound on and determined it to be an aneurysm. That was a month ago, and about 2 weeks ago he had a snotty nose so I took him back to the vet the day after I noticed it, she said it was good news and the swelling may have been due to an infection. He has since been on antibiotics, which has drastically improved the swelling and it is now gone. He still has the redness in his mouth although it’s less bright… I wonder if it could be part of his normal colouration? It doesn’t seem to bother him as he eats well but I want to be sure it’s nothing nasty! We are going back to the vet on Tuesday as he will have finished his antibiotics and needs a little checkup afterwards. He also has this little skintag thing on his upper jaw, it’s soft and is the same colour as his gums- has anyone seen something like this before? Any advice or input is greatly appreciated )

Oh your poor boy, he has an aneurysm, really? They are sure about the diagnosis?
Which antibiotic has he been on?
The roof of the mouth looks a bit red, but doesn't appear to be infected though. Do you know how long
it has had the redness to it? It''s possible that it became irritated from a bug bite or maybe a syringe?
You could try putting some raw honey on it to see if that helps. I would keep an eye on the skin tag to be sure it doesn't get larger.
