Reddish watery poop 😩

Seems like the time has come for yet another fecal ! Wilson has been so great these past weeks, but her poops are still smelling horrible, and are always super watery, and now the water has a reddish tint .. keeping a close eye on her weight since her growth started to slow a little !

Hello,

I agree, another fecal would be a good idea. What types of supplements are you giving right now?
Sometimes a particular food or supplement can cause reddish or discolored urates or even tint the
water surrounding the stool.
How is her appetite?

Hi Tracie,

She gets MV with D3 ( Zoo Med’s Reptivite) two times a week and calcium without D3 dusted on crickets 3 times a week

She’s always suuuper hungry for her veggies and crickets

It looks like a good looking poop! Could the reddish color you saw before be from the tiles? The tile looks reddish in the pic and darker where it is wet. Or the reddish substrate on the tile?

I thougjt about it but the tiles were extra clean yesterday so the first pic def not, for today, it could be possible but the poop od on the side of the tile where there is no « red sand »

idk it’s soft like 0 consistency ans like slimy a lot

I am hoping to get news today, wilson’s poop this morning is the same …

Results are in, vet says we should do the treatment, to help regulate her digestive flora
