So I have some red racers in with my dubias. Do they lay their egg sacks on the floor or do they suck them back inside like a dubia? ALso, for the dubias, after they take the egg sack back inside them and incubate them, do they lay live babies or do they lay the egg sack on the floor?
If a red racer gets out, can it survive in my house?
I don't know about red racers, but yeah, dubias bring the egg sack inside of them and they keep it inside until the babys hatch, so essentially, live birth.
Lateralis stick their egg sacks to egg flats or whatever you have in the enclosure, the egg sacks on the floor are usually dried up sacks (lack of humidity and the babies died) or egg sacks that have already hatched.
