Hey all, looking to adjust my beardies basking spot. She is moving into her 4x2x2 and looking to move her basking spot up roughly 6 inches. I have bricks outside to use but the edges seem sharp. Any tips for boosting the height?

Bricks will work. If they are from outside just bake them in the oven for a bit to kill any nasties in them first. Same goes for any rocks or branches/driftwood you are able to find.

Make sure you are factoring in how close to your UVB light you dragon will be, also. :)

If they are sharp I would be careful or find something else to use-

If you have a tack hammer or claw hammer you can lightly tap the edges to chip away the sharp spots 🙂

If you don't have a hammer, you could lightly smack the corners/sharp spots with another brick to chip them away
