He let me pick him up but don't think he was very happy being out ran straight back to his viv and when I put him back in he went straight under his hide again think he has fell out with me now

No unless you have a warming area for him to go to but he needs at least 4 hours of basking time- UVB and basking

Yeah he is in his viv all day I don't normally take him out till after dinner. So he has plenty during the day. He might even be sleeping again if so I will just leave him be.

Ragnar is awake now has been for a few day he even ate a bug yesterday lol. Gave him a bath now he is back on his favourite spot to chill am super happy missed him millions

Oh well, he'll get over it. 

Ragnar is fully awake now woke up 12 days ago we got his new viv set up and he moved in yesterday let him go in and out it as much as he wanted before it was all up and running and he loves it. Fully settled in now bit still not eating don't know if that's still because of his brumation or him getting used to his new home. I will attach a pic for you so you can see his new home

Nice home what size tank ? How far is your uvb from his basking decor? His appetite will slowly come back as long as he's eating a little the relocation will probably throw it off too

4 by 3 it's about 14 inches away. He loves it . I hope so cause he has only had 2 bugs since he's woke up not touched any of his greens at all. This is him right now chilled living his best life lol

Good height for uvb - what are you using for a basking bulb

This one so all depends how far away it is you can set it on the thermostat to heat up to the right temp
