and i have stocked up on crix and all that, but i was wondering if it would be fine to leave a water bowl in roos tank just for the 2 weeks till i get back?
roo seems to want to run away when anyone but me picks him up, and other people cant tell if he is going to jump and stuff so bathing is a no.
if i could get an answer before i leave that would be awome, i would have looked for a topic telling me this but i have to get ready and this week has been hectic as!!
It's really a decision only you can make. I am not anti-water bowl, but they can raise humidity, beardies usually won't drink from them, and they need to be cleaned daily to prevent bacteria. Would someone be able to drip water on his nose from in the tank or mist his veggies before giving them to him? If you do leave a water bowl, make sure it's very shallow so roo can't drown (it doesn't take much from what I've heard) and that someone will change it daily. Sorry I can't help more, but it's a decision you have to make.

if misting his veggies will be enough ill do that, usually he gets squash and beans, and they have water in em so as long as he gets his veggies he should be right.
I have an old spare tank, its not set up or the right fluro lighting for it ( have the normal household light for basking for it thats it) other than that it would b more than suitable.
if ure lighting was removeable or we could get a hold of some lighting id b happy to watch ure beardie if u went away or if u ever needed me too!
Just message me if u need a babysitter, ( im on here every evening anyways lol so id soon get ure message) Id honestly b happy to do it ever u needed me too! Ure snakes now that would b a different matter lol.
