How many PW (Large) should a 14in BD get a day and should he still be eating twice a day?

If thats all I fed my beardie, he would probably go through 30 to 50 twice a day. Do you have something you can alternate with??

I was also thinking about trying some supers ... But he is about 13-14 in. and about 7-8 months old ... So not sure he is old enough yet?

Also getting some silkies.
