I currently have 2 babies that are 4 weeks old..health and doing wonderful..
I just rescued a bearded dragon about 2 years old and he was the saddest shape I have ever seen...seven dehydrated. ..Under weight...and was lethargic. .and trouble seeing..He was on chappy sand..not ever for reptiles...I use paper towels...
He now in 10 gallon to focus more heat and uvb on him...He is bathed 3 times a day...feed crickets...wax worms...chicken baby food with warm water and pedalite. ..He eat the live food after I open mouth and put on his tongue as he not see well...I was up every few hours checking him last night..He survived the first 24 hours...
Any advice is welcomed...
I would post pictures but. On quit sure
Welcome. I hope the beardie you just rescued does well. I'm sorry, that is nothing any one or beardie should have to go through. I hope he/she continues to do well. As for posting pictures, the easiest way is explained here. https://www.beardeddragon.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=213367 Take a look, and good luck to both you and your little guy.
