Prescribed Orbax

My poor girl has an infection and was prescribed .2ml of Orbax every 48 hours for 10 days. She is also getting .25ml of Lactulose to clear an impaction caused by the infection. Should I also be administering a probiotic with these drugs? I have been emailing the vet, but I am having trouble reaching her due to the holiday. Thanks all.
