Possible Coccidia?

My dragons are lethargic and only want bugs, my male is hiding all the time, my female doesn't want to really move, their poops are runny/don't look healthy, no blood, just extremely smelly and they seem to have trouble passing stools. I have to soak them to get them to go to the toilet for the past few weeks. I've taken a sample and looked under my microscope, looks like coccidia to me?

I've got the vets booked just wanted to be ready for the vet and not waste their time if possible
