Poor Little It!

Well my crested gecko is named It for the moment due to not knowing if it's a he or a she.
During the day her food bowl dries out due to the heat and content etc. tonight I was playing WoW and wasnt realising what time it was.
I look up and I see It sitting by her dry bowl waiting. I came down took it, and fixed up some food, and put it back down and she started eating then I misted her thoughully. But I felt so bad.. I totally forgot to give her supper poor little one. For some reason I also keep saying its a her.. *lol* At least she's eating good my little one. She's so cute!
So how many of you guys get that feeling of guilt when you see them sit there and you forgot something?

What are your temperatures and how often are you misting?

daytime I try to keep it around 75-78 sorry to say we have a very high temperature in the room we are in so I am blasting the air conditioner so it is around 81. Night time it drops I have no heat bulb on her either and I mist every morning and evening. Why?
