Poop question...

So my 11 month old female's poop schedule has changed and it's kinda freakin me out. For the longest time big huge poops once every 4 days or so, and about 3 weeks ago she started she going everyday or two and they are a lot smaller. Sometimes the urate is the size of pencil eraser. Should I be worried?
