A few quickie updates, then I'll attempt to post pics and tell a longer story about my baby girl (Digi) in another post:

Buddy - He clawed himself out of the couch both Sunday and yesterday, and practically begged to go into his dishpan. Yesterday he stayed in the water almost the entire day :blob8:
MoMo - I got a kiss from her on Sunday (after weeks of giving her kisses and getting strange stares back)! She no longer has stress marks on her tummy, though she still armwaves like crazy at Pookie.
Digi - I think she's depressed over MoMo's presence. Though she still allows MoMo to sit with her, after some time she'd go and hide in her cave regardless if it's close to bedtime or not. (more to come)
Pookie - He'd been a crazed head bobbing fool! Tonight, I finally threatened him that he'll end up giving MoMo nightmares and he'll have to sit with her til she fell back to sleep . It did get him to stop for a few minutes, then he went right back to head bobbing. That crazy boy

thanks for sharing, Gina. all those videos/pics are adorable. MoMo has a nice big belly. Maybe she'll grow some more, lengthwise. That last pic, of Digi, it looks like she needs some snuggle time, telling her it's o.k. Rosie needs that when she hears/feels horses comming.

Here's why Digi was hiding in Tuesday's pic:

Both her and Pookie were sitting in front of the living window, quietly surveying the outdoors, for the better of the morning. Out of nowhere, Digi took off across the couch, nearly flattening Pookie in the process, and in a matter of seconds jumped down and smooshed her face into the couch cushions until her eyes were shielded from the windows. She laid that way for about 30 seconds or so, then slowly turned her head until only a slit of her eye was exposed, and carefully looked around. I immediately ran over and tried to comfort her, but she looked terrified to even see me! Trying to figure out what had happened, I turned to Pookie to see if he was sporting a black beard or cowering from something he'd also seen, but instead of either of those, he was sitting quite relaxed and enjoying the freezing rain coming down outside. He didn't even bat an eye when Digi flew past him! It took me almost a half hour to convince her to come out of the couch and to allow me to pick her up. I tried to give her a hug but she wiggled and squirmed so much that I had to put her back home, and she ended up snuggling up to her duckie, looking really sad. Whenever I went to ask her if she was ok, she wouldn't turn her head to look at me; instead, she'd snuggle tighter to her duck. It wasn't until mid afternoon that she finally picked up her head, turned to look at me, and had a glimmer of hope in her eyes -- all because I asked her if she wanted a hug and told her that she was going to make me cry by being so sad and scared. I ended up holding her against my chest, with her blankie covering her, for the rest of the afternoon. It sure made it difficult to work with only one hand, but if it meant that my baby girl wouldn't be sad/scared anymore, it was worth the inconvenience.

I still have no idea what it was that she saw outside.

Since the weekend, both Pookie and MoMo had been eye bulging like it was going out of style. When I left for work yesterday morning, MoMo showed no signs of even being close to shedding, but when I got home last night, her eyes exploded and she was rubbing incessantly! I went to pet her chin with my index finger and she immediately leaned into my finger and started rubbing her face, trying to peel off the shed. She was pushing and rubbing so hard that I had to lock arm to prevent it from moving.
I wonder what she'll look like tonight, if her nose plugs will still be there or not and if the rest of her head will be rid of the shed.

Aww....poor scared Digi....wonder what the heck frightened her so???

Hope MoMo gets those nose plugs out today. They always look so miserable that way. :(

:laughing6: MoMo always had this bewildered look whenever I would kiss her. Reggie used to be the same way. I always thought it was rather funny.

And oh my, she sure is shedding again. Good girl. :) She really, really hates sheds. I recall one time she was practically breakdancing in an attempt to get her shed off.

Poor MoMo was so confused today that she made me laugh. See, Pookie had helped himself out and in front of the window early today, while Digi had been pacing frantically in her house, begging to be out, then just as frantically begging to be back in (this went on every Tuesday that I work from home and every weekend for the past 2 weeks). I finally asked her if she wanted to visit Pookie's house, where her eyes went big and head high. So, being the fact that I needed a few minutes of not listening to her glass dancing, I plopped her in her brother's house. As soon as she was in, she went and sat on the couch, looking up and over just like Pookie does. Also, she still had a black beard from when she was pacing in her own house, looking just like Pookie does. Well, as soon as MoMo caught sight of Digi (she had been having a staring contest with Pookie), she immediately got this deer-caught-in-headlights look and did a few double takes between where both Pookie and Digi sat. I so wish I had caught this on video, but it probably would've given a few of you motion sickness from the camera flying back and forth.

I had never personally witnessed a pet doing anything like this before. It was the funniest thing ever!

That little MoMo sure is an eating machine! She attacked my cranberry/orange muffin this afternoon, but unfortunately weren't able to grab a bite.
I had just taken MoMo out for a brief snuggle and immediately she caught sight of a huge muffin sitting to my left. Of course, she ran right over and took possession of the muffin, biting ferociously at it. I tried to take a pic of her attacking the muffin, but each time she saw that evil silver box, she'd run away, but as soon as I put the camera away she'd run to the muffin again. After many attempts at trying to bite off a piece, she gave up and just sat there. Thinking it was safe to eat my own muffin now, I broke off a piece from the other end and guess what happened next? Her eyes got really big and she stretched her neck to see where I got a piece from, then tried to move across the plate.
What a sneak, huh?
