I had all intentions on posting about my tiring weekend, but time seemed to have passed by without my knowledge.

Two days and 13.5 hours (5 from Saturday, 8.5 from Sunday) later, MoMo finally dug the hole to her liking and laid her eggs. Surprisingly, she only had 21 eggs in her tummy. After enduring all types of weather during the past two days, it was worth it because I received a MoMo kiss before getting out of bed Sunday morning. I can't remember the last time that MoMo had given me a kiss, willingly, without being asked.

MoMo, the egg making/laying machine, strikes again!

8/4:
- Went out at around 5pm, after pacing at the front door for nearly over 3 hours
- Walked and wandered the yard (front and back) and street; she refused to dig on the lawn but insisted on digging on asphalt
- Finally gave up and brought her back in at 7pm

8/5:
- Went out at 1pm (because I needed to regroup and eat meals after mowing the lawn at 8am)
- Walked and wandered the yard and street; she refused to dig on the lawn but insisted on digging on asphalt, again
- After picking her up and plopping her on the bald spot on the lawn (that she used the last time she laid eggs) multiple times, then watched her hide under an evergreen tree for shade, I finally gave up and brought her back in at 3pm
- Went back out again at 5:30pm; spent about 10 minutes shoveling out dirt for a starter hole, while MoMo supervised
- Excavation started around 6pm
- At about 8:23pm, MoMo stopped digging, turned around, and started to lay eggs
- Approximately 9:59pm, the laying stopped and she just laid there, totally exhausted
- At 10:13pm, the backfilling and covering of the eggs began
- At 11:40pm, she was finally satisfied with covering up her eggs

Without further adieu, here are her eggs:

 44  I'm literally speechless, Gina, that she would take that long, you are really a patient person with her and that she'd lay 44 eggs, where in the world did she put them all

I'm glad she's all done for now, hopefully for the summer, too :D

Cierra hasn't laid any eggs since her 3rd clutch and is starting to get sleepy. Nathaniel has been down 2 weeks already and I think she wants to follow but she can't seem to figure out how to get into her cave this year. Might be the extra weight she packed on after her last eggs, she's 60g heavier at almost 500g. She's shown no signs of eggs, can't feel any either. So hopefully she is done for the year.

MoMo had popped out 2 more eggs on Saturday morning, and since Tuesday, she'd been pacing and wanting to be in the quiet darkness, just as she'd done 1-2 weeks prior to laying eggs. How could she possibly be ready for more eggs already?! I haven't even recovered from her July eggs! :banghead:

I have no idea, Gina, she is a mystery. Sweetie was like that, but she also laid all year long. At least MoMo stops after 4 clutches, wasn't that what she had last year? This year her clutches are even bigger. Wonder if she needs a vet visit, just to make sure this is normal? Sweetie got to 8 clutches in one year, 30-35 eggs each. So praying that your MoMo sticks to 4 clutches, and recovers in between. She's such a good layer, you never seem to have to worry about her, which is wonderful!

Thanks for the birthday wishes!
I can't believe that my baby is 4 years old already. It truly seemed like it was just yesterday that I was trying to teach an itty bitty baby beardie the rules of the house, then giving up and looking to Pookie for help.

How is Callie doing, Gina?
Callie is doing great! She doesn't come around as often as she used to, or I just keep missing her, but when she does show up, she's all happy meows and lots of love.

I was sad to turn the page on August and Gianna in the calendar at my office but peeked and saw that MoMo is up next for September =).

I just love what Alex did for the calendars this year, as many full page pictures as possible. It's nice to see beardies we know as we turn the pages in the calendar.

It's hard to realize that Gianna is 4 years old, too, time goes by so fast!

So my new leo is home, she is an orange leo with brown spots on a white tail. And she's really fat! And she doesn't have a name. So she'll be going on a roach diet, no supers at all for awhile yet. Cami liked to feed her and she likes to eat. When I put her bowls in her tank, she was immediately in her food bowl looking for supers  I had bought 2 coconut hides, and showed her one and she's in there sleeping, also put the heater on under her warm side. And put water in another dish, in case she's thirsty. Need to get calcium and vit/min powder, so leaving for the pet shop soon.

Any more eggs, MoMo? Are you done for this year? Oh I hope so!

Oh no, don't be sad for Gianna. She's doing great (strangely woke up yesterday after barricading herself inside her cave for nearly 2 weeks). It was her Mama, Digi, who passed away. I think her page is December (that will be really difficult for me to look at, as December's usually the month I go into an emotional funk.
MoMo's up next for September? Woohoo! :blob5:

No more eggs for MoMo, yet. I'm not going to get my hopes up until she starts to brumate.
Congrats on your new leo! Do you have any names in mind?

A friend of mine suggested Leona, which seems to suit her, so I'm thinking about that. Any ideas? She is a very big girl, 100g! and not a giant, it's all in her belly and butt. So thining her down is what I need to do. I put 10 small roaches in her bug dish and water in her water dish (had them the wrong way around). When I brought her home, she was very sleepy, so I brought down the coconut hides I'd made for the cresties and never put in her tank. She crawled into the one on the cool side and went to sleep. I put the heat on under her warm side and there's another coconut hide there, with her food dish and water dish next to it and the other hide after the water dish. Leaves her quite an area to poop in and jump walk around. I'm going to need to get her to exercise, too. Now she won't get fed for 3 days while she digests the roaches, then it'll be 5 roaches every 2nd night, see how that works in getting her to lose weight. I don't want her to end up with fatty liver disease.

I'm so glad MoMo hasn't got any eggs at the moment, will keep checking.

Imp and Gabriel wanted to say hi to everyone, they both had good days and Gabriel jumped off a cushion to the floor, on his belly, sigh.....

Imp spend 1/2 the day outside on the balcony and 1/2 the day on the ramp. Because I've had to take most of the ramp apart, Gabriel can't be on it. He found himself an area outside where he'll be in partial sun/shade and that's beside the sunning chair on top of my outside Xmas lights. So I'll put him back there tomorrow to see how he does.

I have questions about bubbles on our bearded dragons eye.

So he’s gotten bubbles on his eye. We wiped them off and it’s only been twice in the last few weeks. Should we be concerned? No coughing or congestion. He’s very hungry and sleeps well. He’s 8-9 month range. His humidity is 30-40 day time and as high as 50-55 at night to early morning.
Should we be concerned?
