You can use raw unpasteurized honey on it.

Hello,

Ouch, that does look like it probably hurts! As xp29 suggested, raw unpasteurized honey works really
well for wounds.
Did a cricket possibly be loose in the tank that bit her?
Or maybe a burn of some type?
