Thank youYou can mix just a tiny amount of calcium in with the critical care.
She is roughly having around 2 mls a day all she will want, because it isn't much I'm mixing it a tiny bit stronger.Hello,
That would work perfectly to mix a bit of calcium in with the critical care. How much are you giving
her daily of the critical care?
Tracie
Just an update she still isn't eating solids but the critical care is putting some weight back on her I am giving her the critical care everyday 3 days mixed with some calcium and 2 days mixed with d3 and minerals and vitamins. She isn't being lazy and is moving round just not eating live foods or veggies. Is it strange for her not to start eating coming up to 3 weeks? She is roughly having around 2 mls a day all she will want, because it isn't much I'm mixing it a tiny bit stronger.
I keep offering roaches and she just looks at them, I put out fresh reens everyday doesn't want them so going buying some mealworms today see if she has a bash of them.
Cheers
It really depends on what meds she was on and your beardie in particular. It took Snickers upward of two months before she ate good again. Chomp was on the same meds as Snickers and if I remember correctly it took her 3 or 4 weeks to get her appetite back.Just an update she still isn't eating solids but the critical care is putting some weight back on her I am giving her the critical care everyday 3 days mixed with some calcium and 2 days mixed with d3 and minerals and vitamins. She is beautiful . With the wrinkles she could be a bit dehydrated. To check, gently pinch the the skin into a tent shape, if it hold that shape sge is dehydrated, if it just returns to normal then she isn't.Ok, thank you I will keep doing what I'm doing then, I have been leaving a few small mealworms in a bowl for her incase she changes her mind. I have put up a picture I've just taken she doesn't look underweight to me.
Yeah it's just the way she is lying down, she is having the critical care about 2ml which is mixed with water and 1ml of water on top of that a day. When she is is stood up or stretched out not a wrinkle in site, thank you she is lovelyShe is beautiful . With the wrinkles she could be a bit dehydrated.
