I have taken a million pictures of my first clutch that is hatching. So far 10 have hatched and I have 4 more to go - 2 with the heads poking out and two not yet. So I thought I would share.
The first two hatched on day 59, then 3 more on day 60. Then 2-3 a day. I didn't realize how long it takes them to completely hatch. Once the egg collapses it could be anywhere from a few hours to a week before you see a nose. Then up to 12 hours before they are all the way out. At first I was so worried they were dead because it took so long and they hardly moved. I guess hatching is exhausting and they need to stop and rest a lot.
