So I recently lost my small beardy after about a week and a half and the worms didn't get here in time. So now I have returned him and got a new one from a different store and I sanitized everything (baked it all and bleach scrubbed and dried) before putting the new BD in. Hes more of a juvenile and I will post pics tomorrow of it. So i got 150 small phoenix worms to try, do I dust them also and just see how many he can eat in a feeding?
Well Reptar ate about 20 of those little things, guess ill have to order medium or large and feed em. Might also be in the need to look up how to start a dubia colony to save my wallet.
You can try offering them to the new beardie , if he turns his nose up at them because they are too small , hang onto them and let them grow a bit.
if he eats them, let him eat his fill each meal ....ie as many as he wants (no time limits).
Yeah he ate them well, I did dust them but don't dust his cricket dinner later. I feel like my beardy is a bit fat though, he eats all the worms I pull out. I just get tired of plucking them out of the water after about 25 lol.
