i was wondering which is better, petco crickets or crickets online?
is the quality the same? also which is the best online store?
i get 48 crickets a week from petland and i keep my crickets in a 10 gallon tank in the garage and sugar ants get inside the tank and eat of all the dead crickets - but then it gets annoying to get crickets out with 2 - 3 ants on your arm
should i keep them in a sealed rummbermaid container? any ideas?
I would say crickets online... for one... even with shipping the price per cricket is cheaper...
Find a supplier who is closest to you... so if your on the west coast, maybe its Mulberryfarms.com or southEastern maybe its Ghann.com Just look around on here... everyone is going to have a different opinion about who is the best supplier...
To be honest if you looking to save money in the long run, you should look up THEROACHGUY.com and get a colony of roaches going... once you get them started you will have your own self replenishing feeder source.
I was buying my crickets from petland until I realized that they had to be ordering their crickets from somewhere too. So I started buying crickets from the local breeder that they were buying crickets from. Cut down on a lot of the cost. started getting almost 1,000 for what I was paying for 200
