I normally feed dubias and collard greens to my beardies. I got Fluker's Buffet Blend (red pellets with dried insects) as a supplement for when I stay at my boyfiend's house. My mom loves feeding them veggies when I'm away a few nights a week, but she's too grossed out by the dubias. So I got these pellets for them for while I'm away. They actually eat this stuff. I just pour it in a small glass bowl and leave it in the cage. They still prefer dubias, but at least now they have something besides collard greens to munch on when I'm away.
