Hi I am a little concerned about our Bearded Dragon, Spike looked fine this morning but by this afternoon he has black on his chin/under his head, is this something I need to worry about????? We got in August last year so we are still very new to this, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Bearded Dragons beards turn black when they feel scared or threatened. They sometimes puff out their beard if they are stressed or being aggressive, but sometimes they might just be stretching it in the mornings or when ever.
His beard might be black because he can see his reflection in the glass and he thinks that there is another Dragon there, so he might feel threatened from that.

Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
