open mouth briefly

milo will sometimes open his mouth really big like hes angry but then he'll shut it right after, and it seems unprompted? like i was across the room minding my business and he jumped on the tree and opened his mouth real big but now hes just chillin, does anyone know what this means

If he is about to shed he could just be stretching his beard.

Hes either yawning or stretching his mouth - usually they will puff their beard out when getting ready to shed
