One question about Blue Tongue Skinks

Hello, I'm new to this and this website seems to be only about bearded dragons, but it say something about reptiles, I don't know....
Anyways, I'm just wondering, can blue tongues drool (I think that's how u spell drool) after a yummy meal?

Maybe? It could also be a chance of a URI, I'd get it checked out if it's happened more than once. But sometimes my beardies will have some drool on the side of their mouths after having a large meal.
