One lone swollen toe

My beardie just had tail rot removal on 2-15-22 and everything with that is fine, cost me a beautiful penny but I noticed today he is walking weird and I noticed that one toe is swollen like badly should I make another appointment with vet? Tips are much appreciated! TIA Nail is still intact and no discoloration and doesn't feel or appear to be shed

i would take her/or/him to the vet again because I could easily be something from the surgery
