Well I've never felt with crested geckos before but I have two leopard geckos one is shy and not very tame it was my gf but the other is quite tame and sweet I enjoy watching the smaller one (cali) rome around on me I do recommend handling them at the petstore that was my gf mistake but I really enjoy them when they get older and tails get fatter they wont eat alot and not even every day such helps the food bill considerably I would reccomend the leopard gecko personally. There awsome to watch hunt they pounce on there prey there low maitnance no one is alike they all seem to have different additudes and they can't exscape via climbing the walls but they can still jump from your hand but that's my two cents worth have any questions feel free to ask.

Yeah that's why I've got two leopards a anole a chinese water dragon and a beardie and im wanting to get anoth beardie.
