Nova has become very sick

Last time I checked they didn't have T 5, that's why I ordered one online. Anyway I am pretty sure the T 5 fixture shorted out.

ok well its always good to have a back up bulb -- I always keep 2 on hand as I have two tanks and change those bulbs out every 10-11 months- I have gotten dud bulbs - I use both the Reptisun and the Arcadia bulbs

Yeah, next time I will. I still have to return the malfunctioned fixture and get a new one.

I hope you are able to get another fixture soon. It seems that so many of
the lighting & electrical items break easily. There needs to be more good
quality ones on the market.
How is Nova doing now?

He's ok I think? Not looking like he was last weak where he was shaking and gagging.

Hello, so the next fixture is still delayed and Nova seemed to get better and then worse and then better each day! I hope the new fixture works this time and that the uv light wasn't damaged by the bad fixture.

Important update/question!
The 24 inch fixture is for 22 inch lights right? Because if I'm wrong about that I literally can not buy a third one!

Yes there is usually an inch on either side of the bulb within the fixture, making it so a 22'' bulb fits into a 24'' fixture.

Your 24" fixture takes a 22" bulb

Hello, thats good. The fixture is said to be arriving tomorrow.
He's stable but I think he has mouth rot now unfortunately. Theres a strange black patch on his gums.
