I'm not a vet at all but I'll be a cheerleader for him 🙂 (no I'm not a girl, I'm a slightly-ish over weight dude, but I still root for him 🙂)

Aww thanks. Yeah I'm doing my best. He still crawls around and holds his head up, so he can't be super sick.
Not sure what he's doing here but yeah, still has some strength.

Hello,

I agree, he has quite a bit of orange coloring in his beard there. If he doesn't black beard often then I
would say his black bearding shouldn't be reflecting any illness or stress.
If he is not losing weight but just slowing down some, then that could definitely be a seasonal slow down
that many of them go through this time of year.
Let us know how he is doing.

Yeah, it does looks like he wants to sleep more and blackbeards when I keep the light on. I guess I'm just nervous after his scary sickness still.

Hello,

He does look very happy there, so, hopefully he is loving his new lighting! I hope he is feeling
better real soon. Let us know how he is doing.

Hello,

As long as he continues to bask & is eating some without
losing weight, hopefully he will get better steadily.
His beard is still normal color today?

Hello,

Does he tend to darken his beard if he is wanting to go to sleep, or is there any rhyme or reason to his
black bearding? They can sometimes get pretty moody. If he is hungry that might be a reason also.
If he really wants to slow down, & he is over his illness you can let him sleep a little more, but keep an
eye on him.

Its hard to tell. He just seems to be annoyed or unhappy a lot lately!
He's basking now and has only slightly dark beard. I'm going to see if he's happy to go to bed early today.

Hello,

They sure can get moody sometimes. Double check his temperatures just to be sure they are all
correct in case he might not be warm enough, or even too warm.

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
cookie event at my library today, quite fun! Made some bracelets for my comrades too, to give them at church in the morning. Got a busy day tomorrow even though I’m off work… i go back on tuesday so atleast I’ll have 2 days off to rewind….then back to hell lol
The head tilt tho! Aaaahhh
