Not sleeping till late at night

She is not sleeping till late at night i leave her UVB on all day till sunset so i don't know if its urgent or not im new to this type of thing can i please get some help.

Please go over the lighting in the tank -- UVB brand and bulb -- surface basking temps how your taking them? ambient temps ? NO stickons please -- any colored lights in the tank? We will start there--
