Scully isn't eating, she normally eats around 40-50 crickets per day, broken up into 2 feedings one in the morning one in the evening, she's usually already eaten around 30 crickets by now and she has refused to eat every time i've offered her this morning. We think she might be shedding or beginning to could that be it? Any advice is welcome.
I should clearify, shes between 6-9 inches long, dont know exactly how old she is. we weighed her yesterday and she was 24 grams, she seems pretty active, i took her out to bathe her for her shedding and she hated it as she has since we got her. she also was determined to sit on my shoulder and look around, she doesnt seem stressed, she just isnt interested in food, i tried offering her some crickets again while on my shoulder and same response, just mild curiosity and then no interest.
If she's active, that's a good sign. Shedding can definitely put them off food for a little while and cause moodiness. Keep offering the food though. My guess is that as the shed completes she'll get hungry again.
