no function in rear legs and seems bloated and lethargic

Glad to hear he went for you today.The pink is most likely him beginning a shed in that area.It doesnt look raw or inflamed does it?
Ok then I am going to say its shed.Just watch it for now and if it starts to look worse let me know.
