I've been using these two mixed together in a 50/50 ratio
And I have been using one of these to dust my crickets and other insects.
I have not dusted and Fruits or Veg. 1 because my Dragon isn't keen on them as it is. And 2 because he's eating 30 or so dusted Crix a day I figure it wasn't needed.
I don't have crickets, but I plop my roaches in a sandwich bag with some of the powder in it and shake it up. It also gets my dragon excited for food since it seems his eyesight is sharp enough to see them crawl around in the bag as I'm picking them out.
