I would do the 24" or 36" it's up to you - I use the 24" fixture in mine- I want my dragons to be able to bask w/ more room w/ out them being under it all the time - they sit under it when they need to- I have also set up a 2nd basking area w/ the uvb-- those temps are in the 90's

either would work. i've got the 36" (the lengths you gave are for the bulb itself. the fixture will add another 2")
