Its a nightmare out there with all the dreadful info.
The worst culprets are storeworkers. 90% Know absolutely nothing about proper bearded dragon care and just sell you what they have been told to sell.
yea i know i got my corn snake from petsmart and they didn't know nething about it,probably never handled it so it took me awhile to get him to be calm when i held him or tried to get him out the cage,so no more pets from there i just feel bad for all of them.sorry to bother you with questions but what about that excavtor clay have you ever tried that or heard nething bout it.
Excavator clay? Hmm is that the clay that you shape into tunnels and mounds and then it sets solid?
If so the rescue centre in my city uses it for all its dragons. It seems perfectly safe for them, the issue however are crumbling shards from the sculptures, these can be ingested by dragons which could lead to impaction.
I would say uit would be safe if you have a dust down every morning for crumbled bits.
If you plan on getting a baby dragon though I would recommend papaer towel or tile to start off with.
