I just upgraded my juvenile dragon from a 20 gallon that was far too small for her to a 40 gallon. So far she’s taking to the new tank well, however I’m really struggling with the tank temps. She’s about six months old, so her basking spot needs to be between 100-110, but right now it’s hovering between 94-96. Im currently running the dehumidifier in hopes that’ll help, but any other recommendations? It’s a 100 watt bulb in there right now. Also, I know I need to mount the UVB light inside the tank, I just need to go get some command hooks after work today.

She is way up there trying to get heat --- you might try a 150 watt bulb -- make sure your getting the temp w/ the digital probe on the hammock and temps should be 95-100 for a juvie/ adult dragon -- you dont need to run the dehumidifier if the humidity is between 20 and 50% you dont want under 20 and over 70%

I went out today and got a 150 watt bulb and it instantly fixed the problem!! :)

Glad you got it fixed. What are your temps at now? Make sure you are taking your measurement from the basking surface itself. That's the temperature that matters. I noticed in the picture you have the probe suctioned to the glass near the basking area.
